Peggy Rutherford

Peggy is a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, and expert facilitator involving all things real estate. Her goal has always been to lead her clients with high quality and the most update-to-date real estate services. She also maintains an office at her residence where she is available for you whenever you need assistance.

Peggy graduated from Fremont Ross and earned her degree in Business Management and Real Estate through Terra Community College. In her 25 years of practicing real estate, she has been given the title Rookie of the Year, earned Top Producer awards and Million Dollar Achievement awards (representing both buyers and sellers), and consistently achieved OAR Presidents Sales Club awards. Since Ohio’s mandated further education for continued license renewal, she has broadened real estate studies and earned designations as a GRI and SHSC to further help her clients.

Both past and present I am humbled to have served on community services and organizations including Grace Lutheran Church. One of my biggest passions is music. Once while singing with the Terra Corral Society we traveled to Washington DC to sing at the Kennedy Center and the opening of the Memorial Day Parade. Today I continue as a member of the Grace Lutheran Senior Choir and have the joy of directing the children’s Voices Of Praise!”
